VAT Exemption for EU Business Customers
If you are a business customer located in the European Union and have a valid VAT number, you may be eligible for VAT-exempt purchases under Article 138 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC, which allows intra-community supplies of goods to be zero-rated for VAT purposes.

How to Register Your VAT Number

Create an account
If you haven't done so yet, register here. You must have a customer account to proceed. -
Log in to your account
Sign in with your registered email and password. -
Submit your VAT number
On your Account page, scroll down to the section titled "EU VAT Number Submission". -
Enter your VAT number
Provide your VAT identification number in the appropriate format (e.g., DE123456789). -
Confirm legal compliance
Tick the checkbox to confirm that your business is VAT-registered in the EU and entitled to tax-free intra-community purchases.

Submit the form
Click Submit to send your VAT number for review.
What Happens Next?
- Our team will verify your VAT number using the VIES (EU VAT Information Exchange System).
- You will receive a confirmation by email once your request is approved or rejected.
- Most reviews are completed within 1 hour during business hours.
Upon Approval
- VAT will be automatically deducted from your future purchases.
- You will see net prices (excluding VAT) at checkout and in your order summary.
