ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Certain products may require additional preparation time, including:

  • remanufactured units;
  • special-order products;
  • products sourced from external suppliers.

If additional lead time is required, we will contact you.


SHIPPING METHODS

AWD.TECH ships worldwide using established international carriers and logistics providers.

The carrier used for your order depends on:

  • destination country;
  • parcel dimensions;
  • shipment weight;
  • service availability.

All shipments are securely packaged to help ensure safe transit.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking information by email whenever tracking is available.

You may also receive updates directly from the carrier.

Please monitor tracking information regularly and respond promptly to any requests from the carrier regarding delivery or customs clearance.


DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For deliveries outside the European Union, local import procedures may apply.

The recipient is responsible for:

  • import duties;
  • import taxes;
  • customs clearance charges;
  • brokerage fees;
  • other charges imposed by local authorities.

Please check your local import requirements before placing an order.


PALLET AND FREIGHT DELIVERIES

Some products are shipped on pallets or via freight services.

Please ensure that:

  • the delivery address is accessible to the carrier;
  • adequate unloading arrangements are available if required;
  • someone is available to receive the shipment.

Large or heavy shipments may require additional assistance during unloading.


PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT

We strongly recommend inspecting all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Please check:

  • packaging condition;
  • signs of impact damage;
  • water damage;
  • tampering;
  • visible damage to the product.

If damage is discovered, take photographs before opening or moving the shipment whenever possible.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment appears damaged upon delivery:

  1. Photograph the shipment and packaging.
  2. Inform the carrier immediately.
  3. Note any visible damage with the carrier where possible.
  4. Contact AWD.TECH as soon as possible.

In cases of significant visible damage to the product itself, refusing delivery may be appropriate.


CONCEALED DAMAGE

If damage is discovered after opening the package:

  1. retain all packaging materials;
  2. take photographs;
  3. contact AWD.TECH without delay.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate claims with the carrier.


MULTI-PARCEL SHIPMENTS

Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

Please verify that all parcels shown in the tracking information have been received before reporting a shortage.

If any item appears to be missing, contact us as soon as possible.


LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates a delivery problem or your shipment has not arrived:

  1. Check the tracking information.
  2. Contact the carrier if appropriate.
  3. Contact AWD.TECH.

In some cases, a carrier investigation may be required before a replacement shipment or other resolution can be arranged.
